Station Sprinkler System
Jervis B. Webb Company has designed, manufactured and installed 2.5 miles of conveyors and peripheral equipment in Belledune NB Power Generating Station. The handling system to transport bulk coal dock at the station at a rate of 2,700 tonnes per hour.
And indeed, when the first boat was unloaded, the coal was sent to the storage area at rates up to over 2800 tons per hour. This is another successful project Webb, a global company dedicated to providing the industry with the systems more reliable handling of coal.
Belledune plant is 450 MW coal-fired power station generating electricity for Energie NB Power Belledune, New Brunswick, Canada. This station is based on the Coal transported by boat to the operation. Coal is transported from the ship unloading through nearly 2 miles of the gallery, 5 houses Transfer and strengthening the crusher by seven belt 5 meters wide conveyor. Coal is transported to the tower stackout concrete for outdoor storage and covered storage area. Once in storage, coal can be recirculated between the areas of storage or recovery boiler by a conveyor belt 7 and 2 in mass conveyors.
Main structures and facilities include 2.5 miles of conveyor belt, 1.8 miles of the gallery, five houses transfer, capacity-crushers, concrete tower stackout, vibrating feeders, tramp iron detectors, magnetic separators, belt scales, the sampling of coal, coal cracking frozen roller crusher double waves weigh bin, two bulk conveyors, dust collector, furnace ash and pyrite removal system, fire protection and sprinkler system.
